About the project

These Atakent Istanbul apartments are rising within 2 blocks project, currently being constructed on an 8000 sqm land area. Block A will have 10 floors, with 7 units on each floor, while the second Block will have 12 floors and 5 units on every floor. These blocks will be home to 150 contemporary apartments with open living plans, where investors can choose from two- and three-bedroom flats. Also, the attached balconies will open to the 70% landscape area and children’s playgrounds, giving a serene view for residents.
