About the project

These modern villas are set to be delivered by the end of 2023, so by the end of this year, our buyers will be able to move into these contemporary luxurious homes. The construction site is 11.500 sqm, which will transform into 22 villa complexes; each one will have a private garden and swimming pool. The villas come in two different types, 3+1 and 4+1, with varying layout plans, and they range in size from 323 sqm to 454 sqm. 

These homes are squarely shaped and have a natural stone-coated facade blended with wooden sunshades that fit the new aesthetic designs. They will also have a smart home system and will provide two parking spaces. Within the project, children will enjoy a natural playground; residents will also have access to an equipped gym and event area, and a professional team will secure the whole complex 24/7.

Location details

Çekmeköy is a suburban area on the outskirts of the Istanbul Asian side, surrounded by a breathtaking forest. It is just 20 minutes from various districts like Ataşehir, Ümraniye, and Üskudar. It is accessible through the TEM highway and is half an hour from Sabiha Gokçen airport and the European side. Therefore, the project provides a safe and calm environment but is still close to all daily activities and necessities.
